Shannon is the co-owner of STUDIOFIT and a 40 year old working mother of three. Her day job has her sitting at a desk 8-9 hours a day as a database programmer and reporting analyst. Her daily routine is to get up and go to the gym at 5 am before getting her normal day started. She feels that this is the best way to prioritize her gym time and make sure that nothing else gets in the way of training. She also meal preps once a week to make sure that she has everything ready in advance, making it easy to grab whatever is needed for her next meal.
She’s lived a healthy lifestyle for 25 years and has competed in 12 Figure competitions and 5 Women’s Physique competitions. She loves everything about the fitness lifestyle. The discipline, challenge, and sense of accomplishment are all things that drive her every day to continue to push harder to reach her goals. She also loves to help others overcome what they perceive as obstacles to reaching their goals and make a healthy lifestyle something that is within reach.

Brad has been a fitness professional and Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 years. He holds advanced certifications in corrective exercise, pre / post rehab, Kinesio Taping / RockTape, performance enhancement, and many other facets of the fitness and massage industries. He also has a strong martial arts background with 14 years experience in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hung Gar Kung Fu, and FCS Kali.
Troy has been a certified health and fitness fitness professional for over 16 years. His experience with personal training, corrective exercise, performance-enhancing and nutrition paired with a specialty certifications to work with youth and seniors allow him to progress his clients to their highest level of fitness. He believes in creating balance in the body to prevent injury and ensure proper mechanics in every day activities.
He has also added a new dimension to his arsenal-life coaching. There are so many barriers preventing success in the fitness world that are outside of the gym; being career, home life, sleep and nutrition. This approach helps you find your true desires and maintains accountability without judgement and with full support. This is not counseling or therapy but a partnership between to peers, with all focus on you and achieving your goals. James has been a strength and conditioning coach and performance specialist for 9 years. He has a BS in Exercise Science from University of South Carolina and uses his own personal experiences as a wrestler, gymnast, and bodybuilder to help motivate and create effective workouts.
